What's new in the 2025 autumn release
The 2025 autumn release introduces a range of significant usability improvements across the Workbench, Documentation Portal, and Studios. With this release, applying legal analysis becomes faster, easier, and more agile supporting organizations in turning complex regulations into clear, actionable outcomes.
The release date is December 18, 2025.
Legal analysis made easier with an integrated Workbench environment
This release introduces significant enhancements to simplify legal analysis within real operational contexts. The integrated Workbench environment, now fully SaaS-based, combines modeling tools, Documentation portal, and process workflows into one seamless experience, supported by:
- End-to-end workflow guidance, helping users navigate the entire legal analysis lifecycle with structure and clarity.
- Direct bundle publishing from the Workbench to the Documentation Portal, enabling transparent collaboration with stakeholders.
- Single Sign On (SSO) for secure, unified access across all components, reducing login complexity and improving user experience.
Together these improvements enable organizations to transform complex regulations into actionable, executable processes faster, easier, and with full compliance.
Process support for legal analysis activities
Comprehensive process support is embedded in the Be Informed Workbench, to streamline every phase of the legal analysis workflow. This ensures that complex regulatory interpretation becomes structured, transparent, and collaborative.
Key supported activities include:
- Defining the analysis scope: Set clear boundaries and objectives for each legal analysis project.
- Concept formation and term definition: Establish consistent terminology and conceptual clarity to avoid ambiguity.
- Capturing scenarios: Model real-world situations to understand the practical impact of legislation.
- Interpreting laws and regulations using legal analysis schemas (i.e. Legal analysis or FLINT): Apply structured schemas to transform legal texts into actionable, traceable models.
By providing these capabilities in a single integrated SaaS platform, the Workbench reduces fragmentation, accelerates collaboration, and ensures full traceability throughout the legal analysis lifecycle.
