The Partnership
In 2021, Mphasis and Be Informed started working together with the goal of assisting organizations in transforming their operations digitally.
We are working together on 2 separate tracks:
Track 1: The financial industry is one of the most regulated, with multiple regulatory bodies defining standards that must be rigidly followed. We are seeking to combine Mphasis’s deep understanding of the domain and experience in Semantic Modeling; with the powerful Be Informed semantic model-driven platform. This combined offering will potentially help reduce the effort to remain compliant with regulations by upwards of 70%.
Track 2: Mphasis is a leader in outsourcing of Knowledge work in the banking domain; providing expertise in areas like Mortgage processing, contact center operations, dispute processing, etc. We are working to combine the powerful AI/ML tools built by the Mphasis NextLabs innovation group with the powerful Be Informed platform to create a new class of knowledge work automation tools that could potentially deliver 30% or more automation benefits over traditional automation tools.
A Future Proof Collaboration
Most of our customers operate in highly regulated domains, in which laws, regulations, and policies are essential knowledge sources. Interpreting normative sources and capturing the legal knowledge from these sources is not a simple task.
Sharing the ambition to assist organizations in staying up to date with ever-changing laws and regulations, Mphasis and Be Informed joined forces to work on several solutions to help with regulatory compliance.
