What will be your focus?

As a Senior Business Development Manager you are responsible for developing new business and managing your client portfolio. You report to the CEO and work together with the Director of Business Development, Marketing Manager, Director Product & Partner Support and the CFO.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Business Development, resulting in an increase in recurring revenue and a higher number of customers;
  • Account management, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and cross- and upsell;
  • Realizing your targets;
  • Accuracy in management of forecasts on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis;
  • Retaining competitive knowledge and focus
  • Obtaining in-depth knowledge of Be Informed’s products, services and its solutions

Who we are looking for:

  • You work and think on an academic level
  • You have (at least) obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration;
  • You have 6-12 years of proven experience in (advisory) sales, preferably in the advanced technology sector (software or consulting environment);
  • You have a proven experience in building customer relationships on C-level within large enterprises
  • Good computer and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Dutch and English (at least C1 level – CEFR)
  • It is a plus if you have experience and a good network in our core sectors: Public, Finance and Logistics
