Brabant Water produces, purifies, transports and delivers high-quality drinking water and industrial water to more than 2.4 million residents and businesses in North Brabant. Brabant Water has selected Be Informed as their case management platform. Using Be Informed, Brabant Water improves its end-to-end and customer-oriented processes.
The following business processes will be implemented in Be Informed:
Be Informed supports end-to-end customer-oriented processes and collaboration between stakeholders in- and outside the organization. As Brabant Water wants to capitalise on its investments in SAP (finance, logistics, HR ), Corsa, SharePoint and ESRI (GIS), Be Informed has implemented as an overlay application that uses the existing systems as systems of records (data is retrieved from these systems and results/finished products are stored in these systems).
The customer was new to Be Informed and wanted to implement the Be Informed Business Process Platform themselves, without ongoing support from Be Informed. Therefore, they have set up an internal implementation team, supported by 3 Be Informed consultants (architect, senior modeler, interface engineer) from Be Informed’s partners and quality assurance and architecture review delivered by Be Informed. The first application will be completed in 7 months, including the training of Brabant Water staff, and connectivity with their existing applications (see above). In the same period, Brabant Water has also adopted an Agile project approach (SCRUM), including the active involvement of end-users.
