In your external communications about your products and services, use the same knowledge as you use internally when supplying those products and services. Provide access to the product definitions and conditions, and provide tailored advice on their significance for individual clients. - Support your staff in taking decisions
When your products and services are being delivered, many different decisions are taken. By storing the underlying knowledge in a structured way, you can actively help your staff to make these decisions. This results in better decisions and makes it possible to choose processes more flexibly. - Integrate decisions in other applications
