Be Informed provides software that can be used to model and implement a knowledge infrastructure. Every role requires particular knowledge, skills and insight and the correct attitude (competencies) to be able to develop specific client solutions.
Employees engaged in the implementation of a knowledge infrastructure are provided training courses to help them develop the required competencies. The training comprises one or more training days and is linked to an implementation role and a competency level. Various training courses taken consecutively provide participants with a learning curve for each role.
